What is your processing time?
Our current processing time is 1-2 weeks! We try our very hardest to meet this timeline! More often than not, our orders are shipped out before the standard processing time!

What is your shipping policy?
For customers in the US, we ship our orders with USPS First Class Mail, which will arrive 3-5 days after the ship date. A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has shipped.

For international customers, we ship with USPS First Class International Mail. For countries in the UK, we are currently closing orders due to VAT taxes. We apologize for the inconvenience.

Unfortunately, we are not held liable for any lost packages.

What type of paper do you use?
We currently use premium matte paper for our sticker kits, and clear glossy and premium matte for various functional stickers.

Can I see a photo of your foils?
Why yes you can! Here is a photo of all of the foils we offer in natural lighting.

There are some black dots on the foiled stickers. Is this normal?
Yes. Due to the nature of foiling, sometimes, there are minor imperfections on our foiling. We try our best to minimize any major imperfections. Thank you for understanding!

Where are you located?
We are currently located in California!

What is your return/ cancellation policy?
All orders are final and we do not accept any returns or cancellations. However, we are happy to work with you on finding a resolution. Please don't hesitate to reach out to us if there is a problem with your order!

Do you take custom orders?
Yes! We are taking custom requests on our bow icon stickers and any other stickers. If there is a sheet you would like to see in our shop, please send us a message through our contact form or email us at bloompaperstudio@gmail.com.
